Cleveland Confessions
Now that we've decided to move back to Cleveland, I'd better come clean about a few things:
1.I have no idea which road the Innerbelt is. I do now.
2. I've never actually eaten a Polish Boy.
3. Superhost always freaked me out. I blame him for a lot of my neuroses.
4. I've never been to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
5. Until five minutes ago, I hadn't the slightest clue that the Cuyahoga River was such a funny shape. Duh! It sure is crooked....

And the Polish Boys thank you.
Despite what the wiki article states, I've never had french fries etc on a Polish Boy. The only Polish Boys I've had were from street vendors downtown, and they don't have fries. I am hardly an expert, since I haven't eaten one in years.
So, you are really going to make this move back, huh?
i am in the same boat on all of these things, except i did go to the rock hall once many years ago. 'cuyahoga' apparently means crooked river in iroquois. oops.
on a side note, did you know there is this clevelandfest happening in red hook in 2 weeks? i just read about it on urbanohio. http://www.myspace.com/cleveland_fest
aug 25. takes place here http://www.thehookmusic.com/

I've never been to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame either - I've been feeling guilty about that for years.
Yeah, I thought the fries on a polish boy claim was a bit dubious.
that cleveland fest in red hook looks interesting! thanks for pointing it out...
Also never been to the RnR Hall of Fame. But I've been to the Great Lakes Science Center many times. :)
Never been to the hall of fame. Probably cause by the time they finished it I was too old to go on field trips.
That Polish Boy description sounds more like a Pittsburgh thing.
I to have only had a polish boy from a street vendors. What I was served swas not keilbasa, but a hot dog that had a slightly spicier kick than normal.
I have been to the Rock Hall, but not in years. Probably been at least 7 years since I was there.
The Town Fryer had some killer Polish Boys. Hot Sauce Williams has a nice one too.
For my Jewish and Muslim folks, they are indeed pork-free.
I realized how crazy the Cuyahoga was when I visited Kent in 2001 where the Cuyahoga flows...south? This is before it cuts south to through Munroe Falls to Cuyahoga Falls and busts a huge u-turn in the Merriman Valley at the Portage Trail and heads north to Cleveland.
