Dennis Dennis Dennis Dikembe
First of all, what he said.
Secondly, I watched the beforemath of the state of the union address on Fox News, and the aftermath on PBS. In both instances, the commentators pointed out Dennis, who stood grinning, as he does every year, right by the door, ever eager to shake the President's hand.
Neither news outlet made any kind of snarky comment about Dennis's so-called "quixotic" campaign. Both did, in fact, call Dennis "one of Bush's strongest opponents on the War."
Thirdly, Dikembe Mutombo is just awesome.

and Stephanie Tubbs-Jones a few rows ahead of Dennis - also eagerly shaking hands and chatting w/the douchebag....um...president.
Wow. That was an amazing writeup by Callahan. I'd never heard of him. Great link. When I started the article, I was preparing for a Dennis roasting.
I really appreciated Callahan's comment about blogosphere ignoring Dennis. I read Daily Kos and the America blog almost daily. When Dennis announced his candidacy, the America blog didn't even make a mention of it, which makes me really suspicious and disappointed. I even strategically posted some comments about this fact, to encourage some debate, but no one caught on.
